Siena College Development Assistant in Loudonville, New York

Provide administrative support for multiple directors within Development and Alumni Engagement.

  • Work closely with administrators to build and maintain alumni and donor relationships which involves drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings by phone and email, coordinating logistics of prospect visits and direct interaction with leadership donors

  • Maintain director calendars and secure necessary travel arrangements

  • Process administrative expenses

  • Work within campus database for purchasing, alumni and donor contact history, analyzing records, etc.

  • Generate, maintain, and manage reports designed to provide analytical support

  • Provide additional administrative support as requested

Salary: $16.76-$17.59/hour

The hiring salary above represent the College's good faith estimate at the time of posting in compliance with the Albany County Salary Transparency Law.

Job Requirements:

A background screening will be required.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's Degree Preferred

  • Proficient in Google suite, MS Office Suite, Windows, Internet, Banner or comparable constituent/donor database

  • The interview will include a Microsoft Excel proficiency test

  • High-level of confidentiality is necessary

  • Ability to support multiple administrators and work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
